Returns UK

Incorrect Item Sent:
Please phone or email us to report the incorrect items sent and identify the items not sent. If the returns come to more than 5kg we will arrange a pick up from our courier DPD. If the package is less than 5kg, we will send you a free return sticker and returns form, so you will not need to pay. Take the parcel to the post office and get a proof of postage receipt (free). We will then replace, credit or refund items immediately.

Faulty Item:
Please phone or email to report the faulty items and let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement. We will send a free return sticker and returns form to send by post or if the parcel is over 5kg we will organise a pick up from our courier DPD. Please state on the returns form whether you would like a replacement or credit.


Returns Outside of UK

Incorrect Item Sent:
Please contact us for a returns sticker, or arrange collection if large amounts.

Faulty Items:
Photograph the faults and email them to us before sending the items back. We will send replacements, credit or refund once we see the faults.
